Criminal Justice Alliance party conference events 2011

The Criminal Justice Alliance will be hosting events at the three main political party conferences this year. The events will focus on how a fairer, more efficient and effective criminal justice system can be delivered.

Liberal Democrat Party Conference (17-21 September 2011, Birmingham)
Monday 19 September, 1-2pm, Room 106, Jurys Inn Birmingham (click here)
Speakers: Lord McNally, Minister of State, Ministry of Justice; Sir Alan Beith MP, Chair, Justice Committee; Vicki Helyar-Cardwell, Director, Criminal Justice Alliance; Chris Nicholson, Director and Chief Executive, CentreForum; and Juliet Lyon CBE, Director of the Prison Reform Trust (Chair). Co-hosted with the Prison Reform Trust.

Labour Party Conference (25-29 September 2011, Liverpool)

Conservative Party Conference (2-5 October 2011, Manchester)

Co-hosted with the Prison Reform Trust, the Bar Council and the Society of Conservative Lawyers.
